PREORDERS

VEIL SS27 is currently available on preorder.
Preorders close on October 15, 2026.

Submitting the preorder form does not complete the purchase. After submitting the form, the customer will receive an email containing a secure payment link. The preorder is confirmed only once payment has been completed.

PAYMENT

Payment is required in full to confirm the preorder and is processed securely through PayPal. Available payment methods are displayed on the PayPal payment page.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is currently available in Italy only.
Shipping cost: €10 per order.
Expected shipping: March 2027.

As VEIL is produced on preorder, the customer acknowledges the stated production and expected shipping timeframe when placing the order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them, receive the product, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision by a clear statement sent to info@mymist.it within the 14-day period.

The product must then be returned within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received from the customer, including the standard initial delivery cost, will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The refund may be withheld until the returned product has been received or the customer has provided evidence of having returned it, whichever occurs first.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law.
